Chandler Kelly Consulting is a boutique firm based in Metro-Memphis with expertise in urban planning, program evaluation, grant writing, and organizational strategy. We partner with nonprofits, municipalities, and community-serving organizations to solve complex problems and create lasting impact. Our team brings over twenty years of combined experience across public administration, community development, data systems, and organizational leadership.

Meet the Team

Jordan brings over a decade of experience in urban planning, economic development, and community revitalization across the Southeast. He has led redevelopment efforts on more than 350 parcels of public land, facilitated over $120 million in public investment, and structured major mixed-use projects in underserved communities. His work focuses on aligning planning, policy, and investment to drive equitable neighborhood outcomes. He holds an MPA from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning at Jackson State University.

Sabine brings over a decade of experience helping nonprofits and education organizations build data systems and strategies they can actually use. She has partnered with organizations including KIPP Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Girls of Excellence, and HopeGivers. Her work has improved data accuracy by over 90% and contributed to stronger funder reporting and organizational alignment. She holds an MPA from Clark Atlanta University and is pursuing an EdD at Vanderbilt University.
