Here at Chandler Kelly Consulting (CKC) we aspire to invoke change for individuals, non-profits, and churches. We believe the greatest impact comes when one looks inwardly for solutions. With our almost fifteen years of combined experience in fields ranging from community development and non-profit management to church growth and career empowerment, we thrive off of seeing lives transformed in a positive manner by our services.
Our everyday lives include creating powerful change in our careers and communities. We often find ourselves dreaming about how things could be better through evaluation and development. We are excited you chose to join us on this journey of making every place a place of impact.
We have been happily married for almost four years. We currently reside in Metro-Memphis with our spoiled dog, Justice. We enjoy time with our families, exploring different cultures, and laughing nonstop.
Meet the Team

Jordan McKenzie is an innovative changemaker. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a dual degree in Political Science and History, a Master of Public Administration in Planning and Economic Development from Georgia State University, a Grant Writing Certificate from Southwest Community College, and countless professional certificates.
He has experience working with cities to create strategic and comprehensive plans that facilitate growth and development on communal levels. He has worked with large cities such as Roswell, GA with 100,000+ residents, as well as, emerging cities such as Lakeland, TN with a population of 14,000 and counting.
Jordan is currently providing guidance for a $400 million mixed-use development along the I-40 (TN) corridor. Concurrently, he is approving plans for a $90 million town center for the City of Lakeland.
He sits on the Strategic Plan Committee for Church of God in Christ (a church membership of over 6 million) where he has proposed a Smart Church Planting strategy.
Jordan believes his purpose is to help cities, churches, non-profits, and individuals create and maintain safe, healthy, and vibrant communities.

Sabine McKenzie holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Education from Florida International University, a Master of Public Administration and Educational and Public Policy from Clark Atlanta University, and a Graduate Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Sabine is an experienced educational and youth researcher. She has worked for some of the largest non-profits including Boys and Girls Clubs of America, KIPP Foundation, Compassion International, and Curriculum Associates. She also enjoys working with smaller non-profits that impact their community such as HopeGivers and Girls of Excellence.
She has been strategic in developing surveys for 4 million youth (both internationally and domestically), led an evaluation team of 15+ people, helped professionals increase their salary by at least $20,000, and secured 6-figure jobs for clients. She has also managed educational research projects with the Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation, Harvard University, TNTP, Mathematica, Columbia University, Zuckerberg Initiative, and many more.
Sabine has a passion for helping individuals and non-profits identify their impact and purpose.
